Zank 2 coming soon...

I'm working on a sequel to Zank. It will have enemies to fight and a shop where you can buy upgrades. Similar to original Zank, when you go off the side of the screen, instead of just wrapping around and having the same asteroids to shoot at, there's a procedurally generated grid of "rooms". There will be rooms with just asteroids, rooms with asteroids and pirates, rooms with just pirates and rooms with bosses and pirates. Here's a short video showing the visual direction I'm taking.
